The Detailed Plan of Feitoria Fenícia, in Silves, was extended for another 365 days. The extension, which was approved at a Chamber meeting, on January 11th and published in the Diário da República on January 25th, takes effect from November 21st, 2020.
Like Sul Informação already got it, this detailed plan will allow, at the gates of the city of Silves, the construction of an 18-hole golf course, a 5-star hotel with 700 beds and a grassy space for sports, supported by infrastructure for sports internships .
According to the Chamber of Silves, this investment of 50 million euros will create "more than a hundred direct jobs".
