Have you ever thought about creating video games? What if you only had 48 hours to do it? This is the challenge launched by another ETIC_Algarve Global Game Jam, an event that takes place from January 31st to February 2nd, on the premises of this school, in Faro.

The Global Game Jam is a worldwide event, where at the same time, in various spaces around the world, video games will be created within a period of two days. This activity aims to provide participants with the creation of new professional ties and put their artistic skills and programming skills to the test.

With this event, ETIC expects to welcome up to 100 participants, with access to all the necessary technology and resources. The ETIC_Algarve Global Game Jam 2020 is open to the public, and is also aimed at professionals and curious people who share this fascination for creating innovative content.

«The first similar event took place in the summer of 2016, with the ETIC Game Jam, and in January 2019 we opened the doors for the ETIC Global Game Jam 2019. With this second edition, we came to affirm ETIC_Algarve's position at the forefront of training dedicated to this market in the south of the country”, says ETIC.

Registration is free, can be done here but it is limited to 100 participants.
