It is already known when Loulé will receive the arrival of the Tour of Portugal by bicycle: it will be in the third stage, on the 12th of August.
After the Sul Informação having advanced firsthand the news that the race would take place in the Algarve, the organization of the Tour of Portugal announced yesterday, June 8th, that this will happen in the third stage.
The run will be the «longest» of the Tour of Portugal.
The last time the competition passed through Loulé was in 2003, in a stage that, at the time, connected the Algarve city to Beja.
The 65th Tour of Portugal will take place from the 9th to the 20th of August.
