Municipal Museum of Archeology of Silves closed from the 6th to the 17th of May

The Silves Municipal Museum of Archeology will be closed from the 6th to the 17th of May, for “maintenance and requalification” works. 

Maintenance and inclusion of an exhibition structure supporting architectural elements from the Islamic period – wall coverings, corbels, capitals, columns, etc., in the permanent exhibition, are some of the works to be carried out at the Museum.

The space will reopen on May 18, International Museum Day.
