For the new CEO, «Ombria is not only a unique and singular residential and holiday development, but also a new destination that combines distinctive architectural features with a virtuous relationship with the community».

Patrick Freeman also underlines that he foresees «a very promising future for the enterprise as a global project, aimed at people looking for authenticity, proximity to nature and memorable family experiences».

Located 7 kilometers north of Loulé, Ombria, whose global investment by the Finnish group Pontos is around 300 million euros, is a new low-density tourist and residential development, the opening of the first phase of which is scheduled for this autumn.

Ombria also includes an 18-hole golf course scheduled to open soon, designed by architect Jorge Santana da Silva and two more phases of real estate currently on sale – the Oriole Village at Ombria and the Alcedo Villas at Ombria – including apartments, villas in band and detached houses T1 to T7.
