The Quinta do Lago resort is organizing a solidarity golf tournament, for the 31st of August, whose total value of the initiative will be donated to the Regional Command of the National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority.
The tournament, held at the North Golf Course, has 24 teams with four elements each, and has already raised €24 in registrations alone. In addition to the registration fee, the resort organizes a raffle sale during the days before the event, in order to raise more funds for the initiative.
The event ends at the Quinta do Lago Clubhouse where all players and guests will have access to a convivial lunch followed by an auction where vacation experiences, hotel stays, among others will be auctioned.
The initiative is part of the Qcare program, which this year has already organized a solidarity walk with donations for firefighters, a solidarity concert with donations of groceries to help Ukraine and golf tournaments to help the Aboim Ascensão refuge in Faro.

The objective of this initiative is to raise funds for the renovation of technology and tools used in the Regional Command facilities.
