The main 5-star hotels in the Algarve are coming together again to energize the region with the launch of another edition of Algarve Chefs Week. This initiative will take place from May 25th to June 2nd at participating hotels' restaurants.

The Chefs Stephan Kuehlwetter, Jan Stechemesser, Hugo Rodrigues dos Santos, Fernando Fonseca, Fabien Martinez, Ricardo Ferreira, Luís Batalha and Chef Brüno will be the protagonists of this initiative, during which they will present, individually and in the gastronomic restaurant of each of their hotels, a menu resulting from their creativity and expertise. These will also be the hosts of this event, receiving and accompanying customers throughout the week, in the respective restaurants.

It is a special menu, produced directly by the executive chefs, exclusive, personalized and alluding to the Algarve. which will have a price of 30 euros per person, without drinks, open only for dinners, from 19:30 to 22:30. Of this amount, 1 euro will revert to the CASA Association (delegation of Faro).

Longevity Wellness Resort Monchique, Hilton Vilamoura, Vila Monte, Grande Real Santa Eulália Resort & Spa Hotel, Sheraton Algarve & Pine Cliffs Residence at Luxury Collection Resort, Tivoli Marina de Vilamoura, Tivoli Victoria & The Residences at Victoria and Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resorts, are the organizers of this annual event, which aims to enhance the gastronomy of the Algarve and the role of Chefs.

Barranco Longo wines are the official wines of this Algarve Chefs Week 2012 Edition.

Algarve Chefs Week is an event for involved hotel guests as well as residents and passersby.
