A maritime-tourist vessel was seized today, in Olhão, for not having a valid Navigability Certificate, as part of an inspection carried out in the Ria Formosa by the Maritime Police and the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT), within the scope of the Algarve Interinstitutional Operational Group (GIO).

«During this action, two local auxiliary vessels were inspected, one of which was seized due to the lack of documentation, namely, a valid Certificate of Navigability, and the respective report was drawn up», revealed the National Maritime Authority.

The operation involved two members of the Olhão Maritime Police Local Command, supported by a vessel and two inspectors from the Working Conditions Authority (ACT).
