Portimonense Sporting Clube was regional champion in men's and runner-up in women's, in the District Finals of Basketball – under-14 level, which took place last weekend, in Portimão (Escola da Bemposta) and in Albufeira .
Among the games, four athletes from Portimão were included in the “Five Ideals” of the two competitions and the always honorable distinction of “MVP” for the athlete Marcos Diogo.
Both teams from Portimonense will represent the Algarve in national competitions.
