A memorial to Fernando Silva Grade, artist and activist of civic causes from Faro deceased in 2019, will be inaugurated in the Parque Ribeirinho of the Algarve capital, on Thursday, July 20th, at 19:00.
This is an initiative by Tertúlia Farense, with the support of Algarbritas, «from a collector friend who requested anonymity», from the União de Freguesias de Faro and “from other friends”.
The tribute aims to "perpetuate the memory of the defender of the environmental and cultural heritage and plastic artist, who left us early, through a piece by Amélia Santos, inserted in a natural area bordering the Ria Formosa", according to Tertúlia Farense.
The event is open to all interested parties. Afterwards, there is a dinner subject to registration to: [email protected].
