The Algarve Music Series/Piano Concerto Festival takes place from the 2nd to the 9th of July in Faro.
The initiative will pass through Teatro das Figuras, Teatro Lethes, Conservatório Regional do Algarve, Club Farense, Ginásio Clube and Hotel Eva Senses.
The first show will be on the 2nd, at 21 pm, with the opening ceremony at Club Farense.
Next, on the 3rd, at 21 pm, in Lethes, there will be a piano recital by Noah Zhou.
For the 4th of July, another recital is booked, but by Hongbo Cai (21:30, Teatro Lethes).
The concert by participants of the Piano Concerto Festival will take place on the 6th of July, at 19 pm, at Club Farense.
On the following day, it will be the turn of a tribute concert to Prokofiev and Rachmaninoff (70th anniversary and 150th anniversary, respectively), starting at 19 pm, at Teatro das Figuras.
On the same day and at the same time, but at Hotel Eva, there will be a piano recital by João Paulo Moreira.
On the 8th, Teatro das Figuras will host the gala concert, starting at 19 pm.
The festival ends with a ceremony on the 9th at 21:00 at Club Farense.

The initiative, in addition to counting on the collaboration of Orquestra do Algarve, also has as partners Teatro das Figuras and the City Council of Faro. It also has the support of Teatro Lethes; Algarve Regional Conservatory; Club Farense; Égide – Portuguese Arts Association; G. Henle Verlag; Carlos Alonso Wine Company and Piano Island Festival.
