TSD/Algarve organizes seminar on “Agenda for Decent Work and the Regional Labor Market”

The seminar “The Agenda for Decent Work and the Regional Labor Market”, organized by the Social Democrat Workers (TSD) of the Algarve, will take place on Saturday, April 22, at 16 pm, at the Hotel EVA, in Faro. 

The aim is to "discuss relevant issues for the region, such as the valuation of young people in the labor market, the economy and social policies", says the organization.

The seminar will have the participation of specialists in the area, namely Paula Medeiros, social worker (migrations), José Paulo Dias, vice-president of UGT Algarve, and member of the General Council of FNE, Paula Salgueiro, lawyer (Labor Law) and Rui Nunes – Director of Human Resources (International Hotel Group).

The moderation will be in charge of Luiz Trindade, president of TSD Algarve.

The opening will feature the intervention of the president of the PSD Algarve, Cristóvão Norte, while the closing will be ensured by the president of the PSD Faro and President of the Union of Parishes of Faro Bruno Lage.

Among the topics to be discussed are the situation of the labor market in the Algarve, recent changes to labor legislation or the importance of strengthening social policies in the region.

There will be room for questions and discussion, allowing everyone present the opportunity to ask questions and express their opinions.
