Summer is over, but the SORA Beach Club, located opposite the Domes Lake Algarve Hotel, next to Praia da Falésia, has menus for autumn that continue to be inspired by products from the Algarve coast.
«In communion with the flavors of the Algarve land and sea, SORA Beach Club provides a unique gastronomic experience and invites you to enjoy the calmer autumn days with a privileged view of the sea», says Alexandre Maia de Carvalho, general manager of Domes Lake Algarve.
The menu features seasonal products available on the farm and chef Vítor Moreira proposes a variety of dishes with Portuguese seafood, grilled seafood, but also meat and vegetarian options.
Oysters, fish cataplana, fish pasta, fish and shellfish from the Algarve coast, seafood rice malandrinho, clams à Bulhão Pato, chicken piripiri, Vazia Black Angus, in addition to desserts, are some of the proposals that the Sora Beach Club offers.
The restaurant is open from Sunday to Thursday between 12:00 and 18:00 and on Fridays and Saturdays between 12:00 and 21:00.
