Algarve Spa Week returns between the 22nd and 30th of October, with 50% discounts on wellness services in nine spas in five-star hotels in the Algarve region.
The 12th edition of the initiative, developed since 2010 with the aim of promoting the Algarve as a region of excellence for Health and Wellness Tourism, takes place this year under the theme “Digital Detox: Connecting Yourself to Welness”.
During the nine days of the Algarve Spa Week, there is the possibility of a tour by luxury spas and discovering places of relaxation to invigorate body and mind.
In addition to the treatment menus created especially for the event at half price, which include beauty and wellness therapies, this year the novelty of the signature treatment “Massage Mind and Serene Bodies”, inspired by the theme of this edition, appears.
For 65 euros, this full body massage, lasting 65 minutes, provides a feeling of deep relief, helping to eliminate muscle tension and improve circulation, purifying and regenerating the body.
The following spas participate in this edition: 7Seven Spa (Hilton Vilamoura), Alma Spa (Monte Santo Resort), Cascade Spa (Cascade Wellness Resort), Felicitás Spa Atlântico (NAU São Rafael Atlântico), Felicitás Spa Palace (NAU Salgados Palace), Osmos Wellness Center (Vidamar Resort Algarve), Real Spa Therapy (Real Marina Hotel & Spa), Real Spa Therapy (Real Santa Eulália Resort & Spa) and Reflections Spa (Whydham Grand Algarve).

Two days of pre-event gather donations for solidarity projects
The organization of Algarve Spa Week, in partnership with the Parish Councils of Alvor, Quarteira and the Municipality of Loulé, promotes the initiative with pre-event days on two consecutive weekends, on the 9th and 16th of October.
With the aim of involving the local community, residents and tourists, on the 9th, at Passeio das Dunas between Vilamoura and Quarteira, and on the 16th, in the Ribeirinha do Alvor area, next to Mercadinho da Ria, participants will be able to experience massages free of charge. that will be available during the nine days of the Algarve Spa Week.
Wellness and Fitness activities will also be available in the modalities of Zumba, Yoga and Yoga Kids (pre-event in Sotavento, on October 9), and in the modalities of BodyBalance and Sh'bam by Epic Fitness Portimão (pre-event in Barlavento, the 16th of October).
Participation in these Wellness and Fitness classes costs three euros, which are fully allocated to support the social projects of the Partilhas &cuidados and Onncovida associations.
All participants in these Wellness and Fitness activities are also eligible for a draw of nine spa circuits for two people.
