The Parish Council of Santa Bárbara de Nexe has a new vehicle, provided by the Municipality of Faro. Delivery of the vehicle, a three-seat Ford Transit, took place on 8 July.
What we want", says Rogério Bacalhau, president of the Chamber of Faro, is that, «now, with better conditions, it is possible to develop a work of great efficiency and effectiveness».
The Municipality will also guarantee (as provided for in the report on the transfer of resources, approved at the City Council meeting on 19 April 2021 and at an extraordinary session of the Municipal Assembly on 28 April of the same year), the charges related to the respective insurance of this and of three other vehicles previously assigned to the Parish Council of Santa Bárbara de Nexe (a light goods vehicle, with five seats and another with three seats, with an open and tipping body).
