Burger King arrives in Lagoa, reinforcing its presence in the Algarve.
This is the first restaurant in the city and the 11th in the district of Faro, creating another 30 direct jobs, to add to the 300 already existing.
The space in Lagoa has about 350 square meters and has a capacity for 182 people (110 inside and 72 on the terrace).
The restaurant is open from Sunday to Thursday, from 11:30 am to 23:00 pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays it closes at 00:00 am. already the Drive Thru it is open until midnight from sunday to thursday and until 1 am on fridays and saturdays.
The first Burger King in the Algarve opened in 2001, in Faro, with the last opening being made in Alcantarilha a little over a month ago.
«We are very pleased to reinforce our presence in the Algarve and open the first restaurant in Lagoa, thus continuing our expansion plan planned for this year», says Jorge Carvalho, Burger King's general manager for Portugal and Spain.
«In the coming months, we will strengthen our presence in the country with more store openings and the creation of more jobs, thus achieving our primary objective: to be as close as possible to the Portuguese», he continues.
