The 18th Mostra do Doce Conventual will bring a lot of flavor and excitement to Lagoa between the 1st and 4th of September.
On these dates, the Convento de São José Cultural Center will offer sweets and similar products produced by houses specializing in conventual and regional sweets throughout the country. In addition to cakes, jams, honey, dried fruits, caramelized fruits, medronhos, Algarve wines and ginjinha in a chocolate cup, there will be no shortage of options.
The revelation cakes are the “Florados de Lagos” and are also added to the show's musical offer.
Activities such as the exhibition “Dreams in Sugar”, by Ana Remígio, the atelier of “Minis Chefs & Sugar Experiences…”, the exhibition of wooden works by Francisco Alcaide Ramos “Virgem dos Desamparados – Valencia and Senhor dos Passos – Lagoa” , in the Capela do Convento S. José., and the exhibition of works “Brincadeiras” by Elisa Rafael, in the Convent Cells, will also be part of the poster.
The 18th Exhibition of the Doce Conventual de Lagoa is free of charge and the time for the four days is between 19:00 and 00:00.
