José Apolinário (CCDR) visited two companies in Lagoa

The visit took place as part of the monitoring of the efforts made by the companies

José Apolinário, president of the Committee for Coordination and Regional Development (CCDR) of the Algarve, visited last Friday, 4 February, the companies Logrise and Carpintarias Frieza, in the municipality of Lagoa.

«This visit took place as part of the monitoring of the efforts made by companies with projects of technological innovation and economic diversification in response to post-pandemic challenges», explains the City Council, in a press release.

Logrise, in Lagoa, has 14 jobs and customers from six countries, being a startup whose activity is to promote companies on social networks and search engines through a digital amplifier.

The company even won the prize for the best business project in a contest by Fábrica de Startups.

In turn, the company Carpintarias Frieza, based for many years in the municipality of Lagoa, managed, through an investment fund, to acquire equipment to “promote the incorporation of innovation and knowledge in its processes”, says the Lagoa municipality.
