MILAGE Learning+ Platform offers accredited teacher training

Offer is free and is aimed at teachers

The MILAGE Aprender+ platform, created by the University of Algarve (UAlg), will launch several training offers with a view to returning to face-to-face classes, including the first accredited training in the micro MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) modality, free of charge.

“This is a short, highly targeted course for teachers, in two hours of asynchronous training, to learn to use the resources available on the MILAGE Aprender+ platform in returning to face-to-face teaching,” describes UAlg.

"Thus, all teachers can apply the innovative pedagogical model implemented in the MILAGE Aprender+ app so that their students can be more autonomous, allowing them to learn at different paces in the classroom, ensuring that in the third period no one is left behind", explains Mauro Figueiredo project coordinator.

Simultaneously, several online training courses are also launched, accredited to the different recruitment groups, “so that teachers can learn to create digital educational resources, which will be available to everyone”.

More information about the different training offers can be found following this link.

Developed by the University of Algarve, MILAGE Aprender+ is a digital educational platform «which aims to implement an innovative pedagogical practice, using mobile technologies, in a hybrid learning model, which combines analogue and digital».

The platform is supported by the European Union's ERASMUS+ program, LEARN+ and INCOLLAB projects.
