Success Work, which also works in the Algarve, was distinguished as the Best Human Resources Supplier 2020, in the Temporary Work category, in the 9th edition of the “Best RH 2020 Suppliers” initiative.
The public recognition ceremony of the winners of the “Best RH 2020 Suppliers”, took place on February 18, at the Hotel Real Palácio, in Lisbon
The assessment was carried out through an anonymous survey that took into account the following aspects: image of the HR supplier, the quality of the products/services provided, employees, perceived price, overall satisfaction with the service and loyalty to the supplier HR The Scientific Coordination of the study was provided by Professor Manuel Vilares (Full Professor at Nova IMS).
In the award speech, António Duarte, director of SW, demonstrated his pride in the company, having thanked all customers and partners for their trust in the company, and dedicated the award to the entire SW team for their effort, dedication and professionalism that led to this recognition by its clients.
He also stated that “this is, without a doubt, the path to be followed in the coming years, so that recognition is maintained through the continuous investment in the development of the company's human potential”.
The “Best RH 2020 Suppliers” initiative is promoted by the Portuguese Association for People Management, in partnership with Qmetrics and Mínimos Quadrados, and aims to distinguish companies that provide services for the human resources of organizations.
