Faro, Portimão and Monchique have already opened applications to receive interns, under the Professional Traineeship Program in Local Administration (PEPAL). 

Em Faro, the Municipality will receive eight internships, all with a duration of 12 months, non-extendable.

The internships are distributed as follows: one for graduates in Management/Economics, in the Department of Administrative and Property Management, one for graduates in Law, in the Department of Administrative and Property Management, and two for graduates in Management/Economics, in the Department of Finance-

The Chamber of Faro It will also receive an intern in the Human Resources Development Division (for law graduates) and another in the Culture Division, for those with a degree in Cultural Heritage.

Finally, the municipality will host an internship for graduates in Economics/Management, in the Culture Division, and an internship for graduates in Economics/Management, in the Division of Economic Development, Studies and Community Funds.

Applicants must be up to and including 30 years of age, or up to 35 years of age if they are disabled with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 60%. It is also informed that only candidates registered with the employment services of the Employment and Vocational Training Institute (IEFP, IP) will be admitted as unemployed.

Portimão will receive 16 internships in various areas of municipal intervention.

With qualification level 6, the following stages are covered: one for graduates in Civil Protection or Civil Protection Engineering or Civil Engineering, one for graduates in Forestry Engineering, one for graduates in Civil Engineering, two for graduates in Geography and two for graduates in the area of ​​Tourism.

There are also two internships with the 5 qualification level: one for holders of the Superior Professional Technical Course in Civil Protection and Relief and one for holders of the Superior Professional Technical Course in the field of Communication, or similar courses.

The remaining internships, with qualification level 4, are as follows: two for holders of a secondary-level Technological Course in the area of ​​Civil Protection, two for holders of a secondary-level Technological Course in the Administrative area or in the Secretariat area, or courses similar, one for holders of a secondary-level Technological Course in the area of ​​Civil Construction, one for holders of a secondary-level Technological Course in the area of ​​Geographic Information Systems or a course in the area of ​​Spatial Planning and Environment, or similar courses, one for holders of a secondary-level Technological Course in Topography or Cartography.
