Hotel Tivoli Carvoeiro is a guest favorite at British Airways awards

The Hotel Tivoli Carvoeiro has just been distinguished with the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2018. This award results from reviews impartial customer service and was created to honor the hotels that most appeal to the customers of this important operator.

The unit, which reopened a year ago completely remodeled and is located on the cliffs of Vale Covo, received a total score of 9.6 out of 10 possible points, one of the highest for offering an excellent experience to its guests, stresses British Airways Holidays , which asked users to rate the hotels according to a series of parameters (such as location, service, sleep quality, etc.).

“This award is yet another recognition for the care and sympathy with which the entire team develops its work on a daily basis.
