Snacks and musical entertainment are the main ingredients of the 20th edition of Tasquinhas de S. Luís, which starts today, the 27th, and continues until Sunday, in this town in the municipality of Odemira.
Over the three days, always starting in the late afternoon, the Largo da Junta de Freguesia de S. Luís will receive an intense entertainment program, with handicrafts, children's entertainment and dances with João Paulo Cavaco, Emanuel Martins and Rui Soares & Lau . On Saturday, at 21 pm, there will be a performance by the traditional music group Tibórnia.
Tasquinhas de S. Luís offer visitors an incursion into Alentejo cuisine, where you can find sausages, cheeses, wines and sweets and many other traditional snacks.
This initiative is an organization under the responsibility of Sociedade Recreativa e Musical Sanluizense, which has the support of the Parish Council of S. Luís and the Municipality of Odemira.
Admission is free.
