Silves City Council will promote the Municipal Participatory Budget, between October 23rd and November 7th, with public sessions in each of the municipality's parishes.
With these sessions, the municipality intends to «involve citizens in the investments they consider a priority, with the executive being responsible for making the final assessment of the proposals, based on technical, financial and strategic criteria».
