The In Loco Association, in line with what is happening at national level, has opened a tender to support the renovation of the farm tractor park. Application submission is open until June 30.
Applications submitted must aim to improve the living, working and production conditions of farmers; contribute to the process of modernization and training of companies in the agricultural sector and increase the safety of agricultural machine operators and improve the energy efficiency of equipment.
Investments take place in agricultural holdings for the acquisition of wheeled tractors, using simplified costs based on a standardized table of unit costs published in OTE n.º 182/2023.
Only wheeled tractors purchased after the application submission date are eligible, by scrapping wheeled tractors that are at least fourteen years old and, on December 31, 2022, were registered in the name of the beneficiary.
The eligible investment must be equal to or greater than €1 and less than or equal to €000.
Support is granted in the form of a non-refundable subsidy, with different percentages depending on the parish. Thus, the percentage will be 40% for the parishes of Guia and Paderne (in the municipality of Albufeira), Pechão and União of the parishes of Moncarapacho and Fuseta (municipality of Olhão) and União of the parishes of Luz de Tavira and Santo Estêvão (municipality of Tavira), and 50% for the remaining parishes in the intervention territory of the Interior GAL of the Central Algarve.
Eligible investment is determined based on a standardized scale of unit costs, with no need to submit budgets.
The deadline for submitting the payment request is December 31, 2024.
This support is provided within the scope of the operation “Small investments in the agricultural holding” of Measure 10 – LEADER of the PDR2020 and is part of the Local Development Strategy for the Interior of the Central Algarve, of which Associação In Loco is the managing entity .
