Infralobo confirmed this month the maintenance of the NP 4552 standard, which promotes balance between professional, family and personal life. This confirmation occurs after a follow-up audit conducted by the certification body SGS, without identifying any non-compliance.
The first time Infralobo received this certification was in 2019, having renewed it in 2022.
«The maintenance of this norm reflects the recognition of the organizational culture that the company has always promoted since the beginning of its operations. This culture values the contribution of its employees to the quality of services provided to customers. This certification formalized and confirmed the practices that were already implemented in the company», points out Infralobo.
Infralobo's main objective remains the same: «promoting a better balance between professional, personal and family life, encouraging gender equality, promoting well-being, productivity and demographic sustainability, and advocating for cultural and organizational change in the management of organizations”.
In addition to the NP 4552 standard, Infralobo also has certifications such as the ISO 9001 standard – Quality Management System, the ISO 50001 standard – Energy Management System, and the ISO 14001 standard – Environmental Management System.
