50 female entrepreneurs from the Algarve got together last Wednesday, March 8th, at a networking event in Vilamoura.
The initiative also served to mark International Women's Day.
«Promoting, creating and celebrating synergies in the world of female leadership and entrepreneurship is essential. For the 2nd edition we opted for an innovative format of after work party which allowed the participants to celebrate their achievements and connect in a more festive and relaxed environment, always managing to reconcile the business aspect», says Célia Meira, founder of the Women in Business – Networking community for women entrepreneurs promoted by the Algarve is Fashion project.
«It is essential to actively feed face-to-face events and I believe that we have once again taken an important step in this direction. The community has more than 100 women and is growing more and more – we are already thinking about the 3rd edition soon», he concludes.
