The Municipality of Vila do Bispo delivered two social housing houses, under supported leasing, to needy families in the municipality, following the public tender promoted by the municipality.
The key to the new house was handed over, after signing the lease, by the mayor Rute Silva, in a symbolic moment in which she reminded the new residents of the rights and duties of both parties, wishing them luck for this new stage of Your lives.
The T1 and T3 housing types are located in the Senhora do Amparo municipal subdivision and in Sítio das Eiras, respectively, in Vila do Bispo.
According to the Chamber, the new houses «allow two families from the municipality to live in more dignified dwellings, that is, with better safety and habitability conditions».
The municipality also announces that it will continue to monitor these families, «providing all the necessary support for the relocation of the two households».
