Former Lota de Alvor already tells the story of the village to anyone who passes by

Opening ceremony took place this Saturday

The former Lota de Alvor, which has now been reclassified, is, since Saturday, March 11, a space for cultural promotion at the service of the population.

The opening ceremony recalled the historic value of the auction, which was given new life through a requalification project promoted by the Câmara de Portimão, under the MAR2020 programme.

The inauguration of the building, owned by Docapesca, was part of the celebrations of the 35th anniversary of the elevation of Alvor to the category of village.

See, in the video report, how the auction turned out and what this requalification means for the people of the village.
