DUAL Portimão trainees took final exams on days «full of activity and emotion»

The trainees of the TRB1907 (Restaurant/Bar Technician) and TCP1908 (Cooking/Pastry Technician) classes at Centro DUAL Portimão took their final exams, in the last two weeks of July, on days "full of activity and emotion».

This was the last formative stage of these students before entering higher education or the job market.

The TRB1907 class was the first to be evaluated, over three days, from the 19th to the 21st of July, «with the watchful eye of the trainers and an external judge, the assistant director of Vitor's Village, Andrea Orelha» , highlights the DUAL Portimão Center.

From the 21st to the 25th of July, it was the turn of the TCP1908 class to «express all their talent and creativity and expose the technique developed so hard during the training».

Divided into groups during the practical test days, the trainees prepared a starter and a main course from a surprise basket.

According to the Center, "dessert was one of the ex libris. The assessment was made by the trainers of the class and external judges: chef Maria Medeiros, from Centro Popular de Lagoa, chef Micael Valente, from Martinhal Sagres Beach Family Resort Hotel, chef Miguel Lourenço, from Monte Santo Resort and chef Emídio Freire, from the Faina Restaurant».

Finally, on the 1908th of July, the RH29 trainees ended their journey with practical tests at the Nau Salgados Palace. «The jury, always attentive, had the opportunity to witness the professionalism perfected over three years of practice».

In a note sent to the newsrooms, Centro DUAL Portimão thanks «all those involved, trainees, trainers, invited members of the jury and the pedagogical team» and emphasizes that «it is with joy that we say goodbye to another group of young people who will leave their mark in the surrounding community”.
