The Kriativa Fair will bring music, comedy, poetry, theater, debates and exhibitions to Faro, from the 17th to the 28th of August, in an initiative of the Recreation and Cultural Association of Musicians (ARCM).
According to its organizers, «the Kriativa Fair is probably one of the Portuguese cultural projects, with the greatest diversity and programmatic quantity, covering local, regional, national and international talents».
Concerts, debates, exhibitions, lots of animation and creativity are the basis of this bold project. Originating from the Aquatropia project, authored by Mauro Amaral and based on a co-programming between Jorge Santos, Mauro Amaral and João Melro, it has all the delivery of the *SIGA* team from ARCM and associates.
Produced, programmed and organized by ARCM and with the essential support of the Municipality of Faro and the Parish Union of Faro, Parish Council of Montenegro and Santa Bárbara de Nexe, this aims to boost the cultural network of Faro.
The program includes concerts, musicians and artists of different genres, such as reggae, jungle rock, jazz, fado, acoustic, world music, jam sessions where the stage is free, short documentary & Tech Talk on screen, theater of objects, comedy, poetry, DJs with the most varied concepts, from analogue to digital, from live act to percussion and poetry.
This is a season «dedicated to the promotion and promotion of culture, art, music, the development and creation of programs that stimulate audiences of different aspects and origins, contributing to enhance the city of Faro as a cultural and artistic center at national and international level», adds the ARCM.
After three successful editions, in a challenging time such as 2020 and 2021, ARCM, through its *SIGA* programming, proved to be «an exemplary cultural and artistic engine, taking risks with the Kriativa Fair».
This project «has been having a high quality result, thanks to a cohesive, professional and motivated team», concludes the association.
This event takes place in the heart of the historic area, at the ARCM headquarters, on Rua do Castelo, in Faro, from the 17th to the 28th of August, with performances starting at 19:00 pm.
