Olhão High School teacher participates in an Erasmus+ training in Malta

Teachers from Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, Iceland and Romania participated

A teacher at Dr. Francisco Fernandes Lopes, from Olhão, as well as colleagues from Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, Iceland and Romania, participated in the Erasmus KA1 International Training Project, which took place in the city of St. Julian, in Malta, between the 7th and 15th of May.

The training was aimed at developing personal and social skills through activities abroad, developing and applying skills from these outdoor activities to improve students' motivation in a school context, as well as sharing good practices, knowledge and methodologies between different cultural agents for students/ those of different ages.

The objectives were also to increase participants' confidence in the use of non-formal teaching-learning methods, using their qualities, talents and diversity, as well as collective intelligence and knowledge, and also promoting European cooperation and the establishment of partnerships in the field of education, within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme.
