Faro hosted, this Thursday, June 9th, more than 2000 motorcyclists at the start of the Portugal Lés-a-Lés that will only end in Bragança on Sunday, the 12th.
Downtown Faro received motorcyclists from all over the country – and also foreigners – for what will be a tour… of 1216 kilometers.
Motorcyclists will stop at several locations, such as Castelo de Vide and Covilhã, locations where the first and second stages, respectively, end.
In the first stage, in Faro, participants took the opportunity to visit places such as the Roman Ruins of Milreu, in Estoi, or Praia do Ancão (Almancil).
On a very hot weekend, the organization of the event advises a lot of hydration along the way due to the high temperatures.
The event will provide medical assistance to those who need it.
