The Municipal Museum of Tavira – Islamic Nucleus receives on the 18th of May several initiatives within the scope of the International Museum Day and the exhibition “From Triana to Tavira. Seville ceramics from the XNUMXth to XNUMXth centuries”.
To celebrate, at 15:00 pm, the conference “Portugal y los azulejos de Triana (acronyms XV and XVI) takes place. Un patrimonio Compartido” by Alfonso Pleguezuelo and “La cerámica Sevillana that traveled to the west. Siglos XIV to XVII” by Pilar Lafuente, both scientific commissioners of the present exhibition.
At 17:00 pm, the catalog will be presented that records the work developed following the current exhibition that aims to make known the commercial relations between the cities of Tavira and Seville, in the XNUMXth and XNUMXth centuries.
Participation in the activities is free, however, it is limited to 20 places.
