Eight men, aged between 19 and 35, were arrested this weekend, 14 and 15 May, for drug trafficking in Albufeira and Vilamoura.
The Territorial Command of Faro, through the Loulé and Albufeira Territorial Detachments, detained the youths as part of an operation to combat drug trafficking, focusing on the Vilamoura Marina and the nightlife area of Albufeira.
According to the GNR, the military seized 210 doses of cocaine, 30 of hashish, n.ove of cannabis and 1,8 grams of MDMA.
"The detainees were made arguido, and the facts were communicated to the Judicial Courts of Loulé and Albufeira", reveals the GNR in a statement.
