Terras do Infante supports documentaries produced by Vicentina and Tertúlia

Documentaries on memories and intangible heritage

The Association of Municipalities Terras do Infante – Aljezur, Lagos and Vila Bispo supported the making of the documentaries “Viver de Quê – Oral Memories of a Life of Work”, produced by Vicentina – Association for the Development of the Southwest, and “Mare Nostrum – E if the fortress were mine?”, produced by Tertúlia – Associação Sócio Cultural de Aljezur, in the amount of 1200 and 1000 euros, respectively.

“Mare Nostrum – What if the Fortress were mine?” it opens on November 27, at 15 pm, at the Fortaleza de Sagres. On the occasion, a photographic exhibition will also be inaugurated.

In turn, the premiere of “Viver de Quê” is scheduled for December 1st, at 15 pm, at the Chapel of Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe, in Vila do Bispo.

The Association of Municipalities Terras do Infante states, in a press release, that it "rejoices with the fact of collaborating in projects aimed at safeguarding memories, experiences, intangible heritage that "imports to fix", as well as involving the community and collecting testimonies about the monumental heritage “in order to enrich it”».
