Luciano Rafael is the candidate for the Municipal Assembly of the movement “We are for the Municipality of Vila do Bispo”

Luciano Rafael, 43, director of Fortaleza de Sagres and senior technician at the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve, is the head of the list for the Municipal Assembly, for the movement “We are for the Municipality of Vila do Bispo”.

Born in the municipality of Vila do Bispo, the candidate has a degree in Financial Management from the ESGHT of the University of Algarve, a postgraduate degree in Administration and Regional Development from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Algarve, and is now attending a postgraduate course in Cultural Heritage Immaterial at the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies.
