Farense beat Boavista this afternoon, thanks to the goal scored in the 25th minute by striker Licá. In a very balanced game in terms of ball possession, the Algarve ended up collecting precious three points.
The match of the 24th round of the I League even started with a penalty in favor of the Algarve, but Leo Jardim saved Gauld's shot. It was necessary to wait a little more than 20 minutes to finally make the marker work, in favor of Farense.
With this victory, Farense rose to 15th place, with 22 points, one above the relegation places, while the checkered they fell to the penultimate position, with 21 points, the same as Nacional, antepenultimate, and Marítimo, last.
