Applications for the Support Program for the Improvement of Housing Conditions (PAHAB) and for the Support Program for the Recovery of Inner Gardens and Patios (PARJPI) of the buildings located in the Silves Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU) are open until the 31st of March, today announced the local Chamber.

Contributing to the improvement of the habitability conditions of the building located in the ARU de Silves and thus enhancing the attractiveness of this rehabilitation area, namely for housing purposes, is the main objective of PAHAB.
The contribution of the Municipality of Silves is fixed at 20% of the maximum amount of eligible expenditure (in this case the maximum eligible expenditure varies according to the type of subsidized works defined in the regulation).
PARJPI aims to contribute to the enhancement, promotion and knowledge of the natural and landscape heritage of the city of Silves, specifically the private green spaces located in the ARU de Silves.
In this programme, the contribution of the Municipality of Silves is fixed at 20% of the value of the works carried out, with a maximum limit, per intervention, of the amount of 500 euros.
