Auto Rent, a car rental company in the Algarve, reopens to the public on June 1st with a new image, new hygiene and cleaning procedures, and the “Clean & Safe” seal.
After having seen its activity reduce «by 95% in the months of April and May», Auto Rent, a car rental company in Faro and Portimão, «worked actively during that period, developing cleaning and hygiene procedures for its vehicles and facilities, with the aim of minimizing the risk of contagion by COVID-19», stresses António José Valagão, managing partner of the company.
Auto Rent also took advantage of this time to «develop a new image and communication, more updated and closer to its customers and partners, changing the logo and the management of your social networks».
Auto Rent Lda is a family-owned driverless car rental company, founded in 1986 (but operating since 1978).
It has facilities in Praia da Rocha, Portimão and on the Airport road, Faro.
With a fleet of 700 vehicles and more than 25 employees, it has 98% of its turnover from tourists.
Recognized nationally and internationally for the quality of the service provided, it has already been awarded the “Customer Service Awards 2016 – Southern Europe Regional Winner”. It is also PME Líder and PME Excellence since 2011.
