Existir athletes show how Boccia is played at Alte Professional School

A demonstration of “Boccia” took place this Tuesday at the Cândido Guerreiro Professional School, in Alte, in conjunction with the Municipality of Loulé and the Existir Association.

The demonstration of this adapted sport was made by the athletes of the Existir Association and also had the participation of some EPA students.

This activity was part of the “Network for Role Models” project of the ERASMUS+ program, with the presence of one of the Inspiring Models, João Monteiro, president of the Existir Association.

“The activity was very enriching for everyone and once again it was possible to recognize the effort that citizens with special needs face, in this case at the sporting level,” explains EPA.
