The Parish Council of Mértola organizes, on the 26th of March, a visit of seniors to the municipality of Moura.
This is another initiative of the “Turista por a day” project. The places that make up the program are Castelo de Moura and Lagar de Varas.
There will also be a boat trip on the Alqueva Dam and the viewing of a documentary about the entire Alqueva project at the Alqueva Interpretation Center.
The objective of the initiative is to inform the citizens of the Parish of Mértola, the neighboring municipalities and their potential, creating moments of leisure, knowledge, fun and socializing for all participants in the initiative. The initiative integrates all retired people, pensioners and residents in the Parish of Mértola.
Registration is open until the 18th of March, at the headquarters of the Parish Council in Mértola.
The initiative is organized by the Parish Council and has the collaboration of the Municipalities of Mértola and Moura.
