The first session of a training action, «eminently practical», aimed at technical pilot personnel, crews and others, given by the Instituto de Socorros a Náufragos (ISN), took place at the Port of Sines.
This training aims to enable workers with knowledge and technical skills of survival at sea, self-rescue, rescue and recovery of individuals in the aquatic environment and even first aid in the most common accidents.
For APS – Administration of the Ports of Sines and Algarve, issues related to the safety of male and female workers are paramount, ensuring conditions for them to carry out their activity with adequate training and in a safe manner.
