Four hundred students from the University of the Algarve participated in the various sessions held as part of the “Employability Month”, which the Algarve academy promoted during the month of October.

With the objective of «developing entrepreneurial skills and employability in students», Ualg's Alumni and Professional Opportunities Office (GASP) organized sessions, with guest speakers, on the themes "Linkedin as a networking tool and the programmer's profile", “Mistakes to avoid in the use of body language”, “Preparation of CV and interview”, “Aligning communication strategies with the search for (first) job” and “Coaching: a tool of academic and professional excellence”.

"This initiative is part of a strategy of the rectory, which aims to encourage support for students, in order to develop transversal skills, also known as soft skills, that can help prepare them so that they can better achieve their academic and professional goals », according to the University of Algarve.
