The initiative “Às Quintas no Quintal” starts this Thursday, June 14, at Quintal da Música, in Odemira, and will liven up the summer in that locality with music concerts. 

The idea is to combine «various musical and artistic genres», says the Chamber of Odemira. The program starts this Thursday, June 14th, with auditions by Associação Jazz e Não Só.

Starting this week, there will be a total of 16 shows during the months of June, July, August and September, as well as music and a night of poetry, always starting at 21 pm.

On the 4th and 5th of July, there will be shows by the combos of Associação Jazz e Não Só!, within the scope of the Tass Jazz Festival.

“We also highlight the performance of Pedro Mestre and Campaniça Trio, on the night of the 26th of July, and the performance of the students from the Center for the Valorization of Viola Campaniça and Cante de Improviso, on the evening of the 9th of August”, says the City Council .

Odemira receives 3rd Stage of Winds and Percussion of the Southwest Alentejo, promoted by the Philharmonic Band of Odemira, with the presentation of the Chamber Groups at Quintal da Música on the 31st of August.
