The Municipality of Portimão is going to hold a public auction for the attribution of exploration rights to eight spaces in the Municipal Market on Avenida São João Deus, on the 28th of June, at 10:00 am, in Paços do Concelho.
The spaces in question are, according to the municipality of Portimo, "dynamic and versatile", since there are several business opportunities that can be developed in these spaces, in accordance with the regulation of the procedure.
The competition will be a store dedicated to the field of activity of catering/beverages or similar, "being also admissible service provision activities", as well as "three undifferentiated commercial modules for the marketing of fruit and vegetable food products, sale of food products, being also admissible the marketing of regional Algarve handicraft products or handicrafts of authorship'.
The public auction also includes “a bazaar for any branch of commercial activity, a commercial module for the marketing of bakery products, fresh baked goods and cakes, and two commercial modules for the marketing of food and non-food products or undifferentiated products ».
Those interested in participating in this public auction may consult or request the respective process, as well as register, until the 22nd of June, on the 1st floor of the Municipal Market, from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and from 14:00 pm to 16:30 pm.
The procedure program is available on the Portimão Chamber website and can be consulted on the premises of the Municipal Market of Portimão (1st floor).
