Tourism companies, such as Pine Cliffs, or engineering and technology companies, such as Glintt, are some of the 35 entities that will be present at the UAlg Careers Fair, which takes place on the 14th and 15th of March, at the Penha Campus of the University of Algarve (UAlg), in Faro.
In total, all companies have «more than 3 job offers and professional internships».
The UAlg Careers Fair will thus have a companies expo, presentation and recruitment sessions, workshops and lunches of networking.
In the area of tourism there are, according to UAlg, «more than a thousand vacancies for functions as booking agent, receptionist, recreation manager, hotel management and management».
In the commercial sector, companies such as the Auchan Group, H&M, Golden Properties and Casas do Sotavento, will recruit more than 50 professionals for their management teams, in positions such as sales advisors, management controller, accounting, sales consultants, design, communication and marketing.
Engineering and technologies have several offers in this second edition of UAlg Careers Fair. In addition to Glintt, companies such as Luzigás and CGI will be present, seeking to recruit more than 250 UAlg students and graduates for jobs and internships in functions such as the development of new applications, IT consultants and developers.
The health area also registers offers, made available by Grupo Hospital Particular do Algarve and TMI.
Other companies to participate are, for example: Untapped Events, Leroy Merlin, AKI, Zoomarine, Garvetur, Unitalents, Visualforma, Thai Group, B Trust, Lidl, Aptrad, Golden Properties, BDO, Martinhal, Success Work, Decathlon, Vila Vita Parc , Timing, Hilton Vilamoura, Norauto, Marinoteis, JAP Group, Casas do Sotavento, Primark and H&M.
Organized by the University of Algarve and the Academic Association, the UAlg Careers Fair is sponsored by the Year Sabbatical, Glintt, Pine Cliffs Resort, Inesting, TMI and Grupo Auchan.
One week before the event, «more than 500 students and graduates have already registered», according to UAlg. Those interested in participating can also register here and know the whole program.
