Vilamoura Marina, Zoomarine and Conrad Algarve won the categories for which they were nominated at the Publituris Portugal Trade Awards 2017. The winners were announced this Wednesday at the Lisbon Tourism Exchange.
Vilamoura Marina won the “Best Marina” award, in a category for which the marinas of Lagos, Albufeira, Portimão, Cascais, Horta and Tróia were also nominated.
For the second year running, Zoomarine won the award for “Best Park/Touristic Entertainment Company”. Also from the Algarve, Aquashow was also nominated for this category.
Conrad Algarve beat the competition in the category of “Best Luxury Hotel”, an award for which Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa was also nominated.
the Algarve had 14 nominees for the Publituris Portugal Trade Awards 2017.
The Publituris Portugal Trade Awards have been organized since 2010 and aim to distinguish excellence in various sectors of Tourism.
The nominees were chosen by the staff of the Jornal Publituris and the winners were chosen by a weighted average between the votes of subscribers to the Publituris newsletter (40%) and the votes of the jury (60%).
