The town of S. Luís, in the municipality of Odemira, will host, between the 24th and 27th of July, the 17th edition of Tasquinhas de S. Luís, an event that is already a reference in the summer itinerary of the municipality of Odemira and where the snacks and musical entertainment are the main ingredients.
The activities will take place at Largo da Junta de Freguesia de S. Luís, from 19 pm on the 24th, Friday, and from 18 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free.
Tasquinhas de S. Luís offer visitors an incursion into Alentejo cuisine, where you can find sausages, cheeses, wines and sweets and many other traditional snacks.
In addition to appetizers, Tasquinhas de S. Luís offers a very diversified entertainment program with handicrafts, kermesses, children's entertainment and lively dances with Rui Soares & Lau (Friday). Emanuel Martins (Saturday) and Ricardo Glória (Sunday).
In this year's edition, the animation will also feature, on Sunday 26th, with the performance of a ballroom dancing group.
This initiative is an organization under the responsibility of Sociedade Recreativa e Musical Sanluizense, which has the support of the Parish Council of S. Luís and the Municipality of Odemira
