Handcrafted and agricultural products will once again be highlighted in Moncarapacho, in another edition of the FARM-Fair of Crafts, Agriculture and Recreation of Moncarapacho, which will take place between 2 and 5 August at Escola EB 2,3 Dr. António João Eusébio .

The event will be attended by artisans from all over the country, without forgetting those from the municipality and the region. “Agricultural products, especially regional ones, are also highlighted, as well as companies and public entities, the usual taverns with regional flavors and, of course, lots of music”, revealed the Chamber of Olhão, in a statement.

«The event opens to the public at 19 pm on Thursday, August 2, where it will be possible, as on the other days, to visit Espaço Alengarb – “Sabores e Spices do Sul”, but also to taste olive oil, honey and regional sweets or tasting wines from farms in the Algarve», revealed the municipality.

On Thursday, the popular band Onda Pop takes the stage, while on Friday, fado will take place, with performances by Pedro Viola, Teresa Viola and Cidália Moreira. On Saturday, Iris will liven up the party, which will close on Sunday to the sound of popular music, with the XXVII International Folklore Festival.

Also part of the program of the party are Futsal tests for veterans and youth, a meeting of Philharmonics, which will bring together the bands 1º de Dezembro, from Moncarapacho and the Banda Musical de Tavira, and a Martial Arts Gala, among other initiatives.
